Ludovic conducts Marsalis premiere at Grant Park

On Friday 7 July, Guest conductor Ludovic Morlot will take the reins of the Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus for a feast of choral masterpieces at the Grant Park Music Festival, in Chicago, Illinois.
Ludovic will open the concert with the festival premiere of New Orleans jazz legend Wynton Marsalis’ Violin Concerto, joined by violinist Tai Murray, after which he will conduct Mozart’s Ave verum corpus, Fauré’s Cantique de Jean Racine, and Poulenc’s Gloria, joined by soprano Lindsey Reynolds.
The concert repeats on Saturday 8 July at 7.30pm.
